On a maintenance tune-up, your technician will:

  • Maximize the operation of your system
  • Inspect your system for potential problems
  • Flush all condensate lines
  • Clean front tracks of condensate pans and treat pans with algae tabs
  • Inspect evaporator coils for leaks and treat coils with Evap-O-Fresh
  • Take Delta-T across evaporator coils
  • Replace filters (provided by customer)
  • Check condensate and safety switches
  • Check heating cycle
  • Check refrigerant levels: sub-cooling or superheat
  • Inspect and wash condenser coils from buildup and debris
  • Amp draw condenser and motors
